What is the Flosa Membership programme?
The Flosa Membership programme is our loyalty programme for every customer who has ordered flowers from Flosa. No sign-up is needed: the system automatically records your points, updates your tier and sends offers to the phone number used at checkout. The more you shop with us, the more you receive — from a discount code for your next order to privileges specific to each tier.
How it works
Everything runs automatically on the Flosa system. You do not need to register or activate anything.

Your tier is based on the total value of your purchases over the last 12 months and updates automatically. Keep ordering regularly to maintain or upgrade your tier; if your spend in the period falls, your tier is adjusted accordingly.

Points and voucher rules
Every 1,000₫ of order value earns 1 point. Points are credited automatically to the phone number used to place the order. Applies to orders placed on the flosa.vn website.
Your tier is calculated on the total value of purchases in the last 12 months. Orders outside this period do not count towards your tier. The programme applies from 01/01/2026; orders placed before this date are not counted.
After each order is delivered successfully, a 5% discount code is sent via Zalo. The code is tied to the recipient phone number, valid once for your next order on the website, for 30 days.
Orders placed by someone else as a gift do not earn points for the recipient; the points belong to the person who placed the order. Cancelled orders do not earn points.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join the programme?
There is nothing to sign up for. When you order flowers on flosa.vn using your own phone number, points are recorded automatically and your tier is updated straight away.
Where can I check my points and tier?
Go to flosa.vn/me and sign in with your phone number; a verification code is sent via Zalo. There you can view your order history, reward points, current tier and any active discount codes.
How do I use the 5% discount code?
When placing your next order on the website, enter the code you received via Zalo together with the same phone number that received it. The code can be used once and is valid for 30 days.
Do reward points expire?
Your tier is assessed on purchases made in the last 12 months. Orders outside this window no longer count towards your tier, so ordering regularly helps you keep your status.
If I send flowers as a gift, who earns the points?
Points are credited to the person who places the order. The recipient does not earn points from that order.
