Send Flowers to Vietnam
You are in another country. The person you want to reach is in Vietnam. Flosa is a florist in Vietnam, you order here, we buy the flowers in the market that morning and deliver them ourselves in Ho Chi Minh City, and we arrange delivery to the door in every other province.
There is no international shipping involved, so nothing arrives wilted and there is no customs step. Send fresh flowers, orchid pots or a flower-and-gift set. Cut and arranged in Vietnam on the day they are delivered.

- 1Pick the flowers
Browse our shop the way a customer in Vietnam sees it, same bouquets, same prices, no import markup. Prices show in your currency next to the Vietnamese đồng.
- 2Give us a Vietnamese address
Province or city, street address, and the recipient’s phone number. If you only know the district, our team asks the recipient directly. This is normal here and we do it every day.
- 3Choose a date in Vietnam time
Delivery dates and times run on Vietnam time (GMT+7). The page shows the local date for you so you do not have to count hours.
- 4We send photos
Before the flowers go out, we send you a photo of the actual arrangement; once they are handed over, we send another, with the recipient if they agree. You see what arrived, not a catalogue picture.
Paying from abroad
You pay online when you place the order, by international card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) or PayPal; no Vietnamese bank account needed. The payment covers the full amount shown at checkout, including the delivery fee when your address has a fixed fee. A few remote areas have no fixed fee yet: checkout shows the total without delivery, and we quote the fee after confirming your order and collect it separately, we tell you the amount first and send you a way to pay it.
Prices on the site are the same ones a customer in Vietnam pays. We do not run a separate, higher price list for overseas orders.
What we deliver, and where
- Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Our own shop and drivers. Same-day delivery across inner districts when the order is in before 3pm Vietnam time.
- Hanoi
Flosa takes the order, confirms the delivery slot and sends you a photo of the arrangement first. Order the day before for a morning delivery.
- Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Nha Trang, Bien Hoa
Order online the same way; we confirm the delivery slot for the address. For same-day delivery, message us before ordering so we can check the time slot.
- Everywhere else in Vietnam
We deliver to all 34 provinces. Where an address has no fixed delivery fee yet, we quote it after confirming your order and collect it separately.

Flower delivery in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Saigon and Ho Chi Minh City are the same place. People who live there still say Saigon; addresses and maps say Ho Chi Minh City, often shortened to HCMC. It is Flosa’s home city: orders here are arranged in our own shop and taken to the door by our own drivers, with no other florist in between.
- Same-day delivery
Order before 3pm Vietnam time and the flowers go out the same day, anywhere in the inner city.
- Homes, offices and apartments
Give us the street address, the building and apartment number if there is one, and the recipient’s phone number.
- Hotels
For someone staying at a hotel, see flower delivery to hotels in Ho Chi Minh City: we coordinate with reception and send you photos before and after the flowers are handed over.
- Outside the inner city
We deliver to the rest of Ho Chi Minh City as well. The delivery fee depends on the area and is charged as described under “Paying from abroad” above.
Timing, in plain terms
Vietnam runs on GMT+7 and does not use daylight saving. That puts it roughly 14–15 hours ahead of Los Angeles, 11–12 ahead of New York, 6–7 ahead of London, and 3–4 hours behind Sydney. The exact gap depends on daylight saving where you are. In practice: order on a weekday evening in California and it is already the next morning in Vietnam, so same-day delivery in inner Ho Chi Minh City is usually still possible.
Two dates are worth ordering early for: 8 March and 20 October. Both are major flower days in Vietnam, and by mid-morning the good stems are gone. Tết (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) is the other one, most florists close for several days and we publish our cut-off on the homepage each January. Dates, what families expect and what to avoid: Tết flowers delivered in Vietnam. For a parent’s or grandparent’s remembrance day, see death anniversary (giỗ) flowers.
Common reasons people order
- Birthdays
The most common reason people order from abroad, a parent or grandparent turning another year older back home.
- A new baby
For the new parents: usually sent to the family home once mother and baby are back from the hospital.
- Anniversaries and apologies
For a partner living in Vietnam while you work abroad.
- Get well and encouragement
For someone who is ill or going through a hard stretch while you cannot be there. If the flowers go to a hospital, message us first so we can check that the ward accepts them.
- Vietnamese Women’s Day (20 October)
A Vietnamese holiday with no equivalent abroad. Order a day early: it is one of the two busiest days of our year.
- International Women’s Day (8 March)
Taken seriously in Vietnam. Flowers sell out by mid-morning.
- Funerals and condolences
Wreaths and standing sprays delivered to the funeral home in time for the ceremony. Tell us the hour of the service; we work backwards from it and help you word the sash. See all condolence flowers
