Send Flowers to Vietnam
You are in another country. The person you want to reach is in Vietnam. Flosa is a florist in Vietnam — you order here, we buy the flowers in the market that morning and deliver them ourselves in Ho Chi Minh City, or through florists we know in every other province.
There is no international shipping involved, so nothing arrives wilted and there is no customs step. The flowers are cut in Vietnam on the day they are delivered.
How it works
- 1Pick the flowers
Browse our shop the way a customer in Vietnam sees it — same bouquets, same prices, no import markup. Prices show in your currency next to the Vietnamese đồng.
- 2Give us a Vietnamese address
Province or city, street address, and the recipient’s phone number. If you only know the district, our team asks the recipient directly — this is normal here and we do it every day.
- 3Choose a date in Vietnam time
Delivery dates and times run on Vietnam time (GMT+7). The page shows the local date for you so you do not have to count hours.
- 4We send a photo
When the flowers are handed over, we send you a photo of the actual arrangement and the recipient if they agree. You see what arrived, not a catalogue picture.
Paying from abroad
You can pay with PayPal or an international card — no Vietnamese bank account needed. Totals include the delivery fee for the address you give us. For a handful of remote districts we cannot price automatically, we quote the fee and wait for your confirmation before charging anything.
Prices on the site are the same ones a customer in Vietnam pays. We do not run a separate, higher price list for overseas orders.
What we deliver, and where
- Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Our own shop and drivers. Same-day delivery across inner districts when the order is in before 3pm Vietnam time.
- Hanoi
Delivered by partner florists we have worked with for years. Order the day before for a morning delivery.
- Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Nha Trang, Bien Hoa
Partner florists in each city. Same-day is usually possible; we confirm before you pay.
- Everywhere else in Vietnam
We deliver to all 34 provinces. Remote addresses carry a delivery fee we quote to you before the order is confirmed — we never guess it and bill you later.
Timing, in plain terms
Vietnam runs on GMT+7 and does not use daylight saving. That puts it roughly 14–15 hours ahead of Los Angeles, 11–12 ahead of New York, 6–7 ahead of London, and 3–4 hours behind Sydney — the exact gap depends on daylight saving where you are. In practice: order on a weekday evening in California and it is already the next morning in Vietnam, so same-day delivery is usually still possible.
Two dates are worth ordering early for: 8 March and 20 October. Both are major flower days in Vietnam, and by mid-morning the good stems are gone. Tết (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) is the other one — most florists close for several days and we publish our cut-off on the homepage each January.

- Funerals and condolences
Wreaths and standing sprays delivered to the funeral home in time for the ceremony. Tell us the hour of the service; we work backwards from it.
- Anniversaries and apologies
For a partner living in Vietnam while you work abroad.
- Vietnamese Women’s Day (20 October)
A Vietnamese holiday with no equivalent abroad. Order a day early — it is one of the two busiest days of our year.
- International Women’s Day (8 March)
Taken seriously in Vietnam. Flowers sell out by mid-morning.
