How long does Flosa take to deliver?
Inner Ho Chi Minh City: delivery within 2–3 hours. Order ahead for your preferred time slot and we will deliver on time. Other provinces: the delivery fee is shown at checkout; for areas not yet in our fee table, Flosa will quote the fee after confirming your order and collect it separately.

Payment Methods
Flosa supports payment on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment (QR/ATM card/Visa/Master via Payoo gateway).
How to keep flowers fresh for a long time?
Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every 1–2 days, and place in a cool area away from direct sunlight and fan wind. Basket/box flowers have moisture-retaining foam, just water lightly.
Can I order flowers in advance for the holiday?
Yes. You should place your order 1–3 days in advance for peak occasions (March 8, October 20, November 20, Valentine's Day, Tet) to ensure availability of designs and delivery time slots.
Exchange/return if the flowers do not match the model?
Flosa is committed to delivering the correct model or an equivalent in value/aesthetics. If there is any mistake, please contact our hotline on the same day for assistance with exchange or compensation.
