How hotel delivery works

Choose the flowersFlower boxes and vase arrangements are easiest for hotels — the guest does not need to find a vase.
Give us the hotel detailsHotel name and address, the guest’s full name exactly as on the booking, check-in date and room number if you know it.
We coordinate with receptionWe call the hotel to confirm the guest has checked in, then hand the flowers to reception or the concierge, who bring them to the room.
You get photosWe send a photo of the real arrangement before it goes out, and another once it has been handed over, so you know it arrived.

Tips for a smooth surprise

Schedule delivery after check-in time (usually 2pm), or ask us to leave the flowers with reception until the guest arrives.
In-room decoration (petals, balloons, “Happy Anniversary” setups) needs the hotel’s permission — message us first and we will arrange it with the hotel.
Guests flying home the next day prefer compact arrangements or orchids that travel well.
Add a card message — we write it by hand and attach it to the flowers.
