Valentine's Day flowers: roses, boxes and what the numbers mean

About Valentine's Day (14 February)

Valentine’s Day, 14 February, is for couples. Red roses become scarce and reach their highest price of the year in Vietnam around this date, so ordering early is how you hold a sensible price and still get the arrangement you wanted.
