Frequently asked questions
Where can Tet gifts be delivered?
Flowers and orchids are delivered in Ho Chi Minh City and across the provinces; Maison Marou chocolate where Marou has shops (Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang); Shin coffee in inner Ho Chi Minh City, by express courier elsewhere. Checkout tells you if an item cannot reach the address you choose.
How early should I order?
Companies should order in November or December. Couriers usually stop for Tet around the 22nd to 24th day of the last lunar month, so orders for the provinces should be placed before mid-January.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter your company name and tax code at checkout, or include them in your quote request for volume orders.
