Flowers for your guests: a programme for hotel concierges

When a guest wants flowers for a birthday, an anniversary, a proposal or an apology, the front desk is the first place they ask. Flosa is a Ho Chi Minh City florist delivering to the reception or the room in ten tourist cities. The concierge hands the guest a QR card or messages us; we do the rest: arrange to order, send a photo of the real flowers before delivery, and issue a VAT invoice when the hotel needs one.

What the hotel gets

  • A QR card for the desk: the guest scans it and lands on the hotel-delivery page for your city in their own language (English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and 44 more), pays by international card or PayPal, and the order carries the hotel name and room number.
  • One contact: the concierge messages Flosa on WhatsApp or Zalo with the hotel name; we quote in working hours and arrange to the guest’s wishes (bouquet, room flowers, petals on the bed, a small table setting).
  • Delivery: Ho Chi Minh City by our own drivers, same-day inside the city for orders before 15:00; other cities through long-standing partner florists, so a day’s notice is best.
  • VAT invoice and monthly billing for hotels that order regularly (lobby flowers, VIP rooms), on our corporate terms.

What guests usually ask for

  • Flowers waiting in the room at check-in (anniversary, honeymoon, birthday). Order a day ahead; we coordinate the room time with reception.
  • A proposal in the room, on the beach or in the hotel restaurant, rose petals, a flower box, a large bouquet; 1–2 days’ notice.
  • Apology flowers, thank-you flowers for staff, sympathy flowers when a guest has a bereavement in Vietnam.
