How to send flowers to a hospital

  1. Write the full details in the address fieldHospital name, department, room and bed number, plus the phone number of the patient or a family member. Large hospitals have several buildings; add the building name if you know it.
  2. We call before arrivingOur courier calls to agree where to hand over: the room, the ward lobby or the hospital gate, depending on what the hospital allows.
  3. If the ward does not allow flowersSome departments (intensive care, emergency, delivery rooms, newborn units, isolation) do not allow flowers or food inside. We then hand the gift to the family in the lobby or at the ward desk and let you know.
  4. A real photo before deliveryWe send you a photo of the finished gift first. The card is handwritten, in English or Vietnamese.

Frequently asked questions

What should I write when sending flowers to a hospital?

The hospital, department, room and bed number and a phone number for the patient or a family member. We call before arriving.

What if the ward does not allow flowers?

We hand the gift to the family in the lobby or at the ward desk and tell you. For intensive care, a fruit basket or a small flower box is easiest for the family to take in later.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes. Pay by international card or PayPal; delivery times are in Vietnam time (GMT+7) and checkout shows the price in your currency.
