- Choose the flowersFlower boxes and vase arrangements are easiest for hotels — the guest does not need to find a vase.
- Give us the hotel detailsHotel name and address, the guest’s full name exactly as on the booking, check-in date and room number if you know it.
- We coordinate with receptionWe call the hotel to confirm the guest has checked in, then hand the flowers to reception or the concierge, who bring them to the room.
- You get a photoWe send a photo of the actual arrangement at handover, so you know it arrived.
Tips for a smooth surprise
- Schedule delivery after check-in time (usually 2pm), or ask us to leave the flowers with reception until the guest arrives.
- In-room decoration (petals, balloons, “Happy Anniversary” setups) needs the hotel’s permission — message us first and we will arrange it with the hotel.
- Guests flying home the next day prefer compact arrangements or orchids that travel well.
- Add a card message — we print it and attach it to the flowers.
