How hotel delivery works

  1. Choose the flowersFlower boxes and vase arrangements are easiest for hotels — the guest does not need to find a vase.
  2. Give us the hotel detailsHotel name and address, the guest’s full name exactly as on the booking, check-in date and room number if you know it.
  3. We coordinate with receptionWe call the hotel to confirm the guest has checked in, then hand the flowers to reception or the concierge, who bring them to the room.
  4. You get a photoWe send a photo of the actual arrangement at handover, so you know it arrived.

Tips for a smooth surprise

  • Schedule delivery after check-in time (usually 2pm), or ask us to leave the flowers with reception until the guest arrives.
  • In-room decoration (petals, balloons, “Happy Anniversary” setups) needs the hotel’s permission — message us first and we will arrange it with the hotel.
  • Guests flying home the next day prefer compact arrangements or orchids that travel well.
  • Add a card message — we print it and attach it to the flowers.

Can you deliver if I only know the hotel name?

Yes. Give us the hotel name and the guest’s name as on the booking; we find the address and confirm with reception.

Can you deliver today?

In inner Ho Chi Minh City, yes, if you order before 3pm Vietnam time. For other cities we confirm the delivery time before you pay.

Can I pay from abroad?

Yes — PayPal or international card. Prices show in your currency next to the Vietnamese đồng.
