Frisk Blomsterboks

What is a fresh flower box?

A fresh flower box is a style of flower arrangement where flowers are placed on a water-holding foam block inside a box — usually a sturdy round or square paper box, and there are also transparent mica boxes. The flowers are secured on the foam, maintaining a beautiful, tidy shape and looking elegant.

How long can a fresh flower box last?

The foam inside the box continuously provides moisture to the flower stems, and the box itself protects against wind and sunlight, making the flower box the most durable among the three basic styles. In Ho Chi Minh City, if placed in a cool area away from sunlight and a little water is added to the foam daily, a fresh flower box can last 5–7 days.

How is a flower box different from a bouquet and a flower basket?

• Flower box: flowers are fixed on foam, maintaining shape, with minimal shedding — suitable for long-distance sending and formal gifts.
• Bouquet: hand-held for direct giving, romantic.
• Flower basket: has a handle, convenient for table display.
