A fresh flower box is a style of flower arrangement where flowers are placed on a water-holding foam block inside a box, usually a sturdy round or square paper box, and there are also transparent mica boxes. The flowers are secured on the foam, maintaining a beautiful, tidy shape and looking elegant and modern.

How long can a fresh flower box last?

A fresh flower box can last 5–7 days and is the most durable among the three basic styles, as the foam inside continuously provides moisture while the box protects against wind and sunlight. In Ho Chi Minh City, you should place the box in a cool area away from sunlight and add a little water to the foam daily to keep the flowers fresh longer.

Should I choose a flower box or a bouquet for long-distance sending?

You should choose a flower box when sending flowers far away: the flowers are fixed on foam inside the box, so they maintain their shape and are less likely to shift or drop during transport, plus the foam retains water to keep the flowers fresh on the way. Hand bouquets are more prone to being crushed and losing their shape when traveling long distances.

How much does a fresh flower box cost?

Fresh flower boxes at Flosa start at around 700,000 VND, commonly ranging from 900,000 to 1,400,000 VND depending on the type of flowers and the size of the box. Boxes made from high-quality transparent mica usually cost more than paper boxes of the same size due to the materials and the larger quantity of flowers.
